The Beginning
Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Hon’ble CM, Delhi visits KISS Bhubaneswar for the 1st time on 29th April, 2010. Being impressed by the unique model and functioning of KISS she shows her interest to establish fully free residential school on the lines of KISS in Delhi.
Smt. Dikshit visits KISS 2nd time on 5th December, 2010 with her team to study the model of KISS and plans to open a free residential school in Delhi for the underpriviledged sections of the society.
KISS Bhubaneswar initiated the proposal of starting the school and submitted the same to the Government of NCT of Delhi subsequent to Smt. Sheila Dikshit's visit.
KISS Delhi finally saw the light of the day on 27th June, 2013, by the way of MoU signing ceremony between Government of NCT of Delhi & KISS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
